Ayurvedic massage
From Ayurveda,
a traditional medicine from India,
Ayurvedic massage has been practiced for millennia.
Ayurvedic massage
also called abhyanga,
is an integral component of Ayurveda, traditional Indian medicine, in the same way as yoga, herbal medicine, aromatherapy or Ayurvedic dietetics.
From the Sanskrit ayur (life) and veda (science or knowledge), the term ayurveda therefore means “knowledge of life or longevity”.
Much more than a health system, Ayurvedic medicine in India is a way of life in its own right, intended to best maintain our body and mind.
Massage is considered an essential body therapy for the daily hygiene of life.
the principle
Ayurveda considers that the infinitely small (human beings, molecules) are governed by the same principles as the infinitely large (planets, galaxies). By observing nature, the Indian sages discovered five elements: ether (or space), air, fire, water and earth. They deduced that these states of matter, present in nature, were also present in humans.
In humans, these five elements constitute three doshas or biological humors (dosha vata, dosha pitta, dosha kapha) whose combination is unique for each individual.
When these three doshas are balanced, the individual is healthy. On the other hand, an imbalance can ultimately lead to disease.
Ayurvedic massage works primarily on harmonizing the five forms of vata and prana to rebalance disturbed doshas.
Vata is one of the biological humors present in humans.
It symbolizes the force of space and air which governs five biological movements (rhythms of metabolism): heart rate, intracellular exchanges, respiration, elimination of toxins and the sympathetic nervous system.
This force circulates in the large intestine, the bladder, the bones, the skin, the ears and the thighs.
Prana symbolizes the intelligence of life or the fundamental force at work in any healing process.

Love practices Ayurvedic massage, here is his opinion:
As in Tantra, when I touch a person, I directly see their aura and much more.
This allows me to find the point of imbalance in her, I then proceed to re-harmonize the points of imbalance.
Ayurvedic massage is to be practiced regularly, when we can.
These benefits are no longer to be proven.
